Tom Gorham, President and Managing Partner

Tom brings a wide range of experience to Envision. From Workflow audits to equipment safety reviews, there's no aspect of industry that's unfamiliar to Tom.

Before coming to Envision, Tom spent 25 years with Kodak Canada. During this time he managed the Kodak technical support organization for all of the imaging businesses. In latter years, he directed Kodak's customer environmental support and health services.

Whether working with a client service organization or on a production floor, Tom's hands-on approach to problem solving finds practical, cost-effective engineering and administrative solutions to complicated issues. His experience with indoor air issues and process effluent management concerns crosses the gap from theory to practical answers.

Tom is a graduate of Ryerson University, School of Image Arts in Toronto.

Judith Zaczkowski, Vice President

Judy has the ability to take complex regulatory information and help business apply it to their specific applications. With years of experience in an industrial setting, Judy finds custom — rather than off-the-shelf — solutions to compliance problems.

Developing and delivering safety and health training programs, researching regulatory issues, writing compliance guides for clients — all of these fall into Judy’s areas of expertise. She specializes in Phase one and solid waste audits. Judy is also a highly qualified ISO 14000 lead auditor.

Before co-founding Envision Compliance, Judy worked in plant production and quality control. She also taught in the Photographic Engineering Technology program at St. Cloud State University for 10 years. Judy holds a Doctor of Industrial Technology degree from the University of Northern Iowa and a Master of Science degree from St. Cloud State University, St. Cloud Minnesota.

George Ayers, Director Sales and Marketing and CFO

George is responsible for new product development at Envision. His love of technology and all-things-new ensure our products are cutting edge and highly creative.

George comes by his industry experience first-hand. Starting out with 3M, in imaging applied research, George has worked in production management and quality control. As director of technical services for Konica Canada Inc., George was responsible for providing environment, health and safety services to all of Konica’s customers. George is a graduate of RIT from Rochester New York.

Since co-founding Envision, George has concentrated in developing compliance products. His innovative designs for computer-based health and safety training programs have made training easier than ever for business to comply with training regulations. George is Envision’s webmaster and is responsible for the newly-designed website.

Wendy Nadan, Health & Safety Specialist

Wendy has both the hands-on experience and the skill needed to walk into a business, assess its level of compliance, and put the wheels in motion to help a company meet its regulatory obligations. Her background in environment, health and safety management provides Wendy with the insight required for making EHS recommendations that improve compliance while positively affecting productivity.

Ms. Nadan graduated from Nottingham University with an honors degree in chemistry. Prior to joining Envision, Wendy held the position of Health & Safety Coordinator for Moore Business Forms, an international business forms printing company. Wendy was involved in wastewater treatment and effluent compliance, occupational health & safety training, workers compensation data management and coordinating corporate health & safety programs.

Wendy is the Health & Safety Specialist for Envision. She specializes in chemical-related audit activities, workplace health & safety and air emission reporting.

Adam McMullin, Environmental Specialist

Adam is a recent college graduate with an educational background in geography and environmental management. These disciplines have provided the necessary and relevant knowledge to successfully undertake a variety of regulatory and consulting activities in the environmental field.

Adam is responsible for assisting the other members of the Envision Compliance team on a range of projects, from annual air emissions reports to certificate of approvals. His youthful energy and vigor compliment the vast experience of our company.

As Envision continues to grow, Adam will contribute a consistent and professional effort to ensure the highest standard of service for the clients and customers of Envision Compliance.

Joyce Sartor, Office Manager

Joyce provides complete administrative support to Envision. Customers can be confident records are properly maintained and kept in strictest confidence. Joyce is also responsible for the accounting functions of the company from data input to accounts receivable and payables. She also maintains inventory control of Envision health, safety and environment products.
