Does your facility have a stack or any outside venting of process emissions? For example, is there a local exhaust system that vents directly outside? If the answer is yes, air emissions regulations may affect your business.
Any facility that constructs, modifies, or operates a source of air emissions must apply for and obtain an approval before construction, modification or operation begins. (Air Quality Regulation 97-133, 3)
