A facility that emits contaminants to the air must meet point of impingement standards. There are standards for acetic acid, acetone, ammonia, carbon black, carbon monoxide, ethyl acetate, hydrogen sulfide, isopropyl alcohol and sulfur dioxide. (Air Pollution Control Regulations 957/96, 4)
